When we designed the Landmark Lounge at Chicago’s Landmark West Loop, we knew the building would be the perfect place to launch Havenly in the midwest. It’s modern, chic, and also has the perfect space to host a large event. So, we decided to host a panel about something near and dear to our heart: women in tech.

If you’ve ever read about Havenly, you’ll know our founder and CEO Lee is an absolute force of nature. When she traveled to Chicago, Lee wanted to convene a panel of other amazing female entrepreneurs who own innovative businesses in the city.  So, we asked entrepreneurs Danielle MossMonica Royer, Liz Klafetal, Jayna Cooke, and Cori McFadden to join us, and we threw a little party!

While guests sipped wine and cocktails, they toured the Landmark Lounge. It’s a beautifully minimal luxury apartment with panoramic city views. With funky furniture from Apt2b, a Leesa bed, and eclectic art from Minted, the space is a beautiful example of what Havenly can do with a totally blank slate.

The Speakers

After the tour, the guests headed down to Landmark’s library, where the panel got started. The panelists chatted tech, career, family, and the balancing act that professional women must play. It was an excellent panel, and we’re so glad so many amazing women were able to join us! Scroll through the gallery for photos from the event!
