Prior to becoming a Havenly designer, Allie has experience in residential design. Allie’s design style can be described as contemporary with vintage touches and a hint of glam. When not designing, Allie is an extreme HGTV junkie, shopaholic, organizer, and foodie. Here is Allie’s designer tip of the week:
“In order to have a space that looks cohesive and pulled together, it’s important to mix and match patterns that go well with each other. I like to have at least three different patterns in every room. I first choose a large and bold pattern; then I pick one that is more organic and subtle; and lastly I use a small and tight pattern that is the least bold. I also like to incorporate one unexpected color in every room, to give the look interest.”
