The French 75 is a mixology classic. It’s light, fizzy, and deliciously tart. It’s a great intro to classic cocktails for even the most low-key drinker. Serve in a champagne glass and enjoy the fizz, festive fun!


• 2 oz. London dry gin

• 1 tsp. superfine sugar

• 1/2 oz. lemon juice

• 5 oz. brut champagne


Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker. Strain into a glass half-full of cracked ice and top off with champagne.
