The perfect Valentine’s Day cocktail exists, and it’s a super vibrant sangria. We love the novelty of the drink, plus you can’t ignore its vivid ruby-red color.

Yields 4 drinks:

• 1 bottle dry red wine
• 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
• 1/3 cup bourbon
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 1 apple, sliced
• 1 peach, sliced
• 1/2 lb. cherries, pitted and halved

Combine wine, pomegranate juice, whiskey, and honey in a pitcher. Stir until the honey has dissolved. Add the fruit and let chill for at least an hour to allow the fruit to absorb the sangria.

Pour into a wine glass and serve.
