Not as pictured
This was beautiful as presented in the design concept, but looked very different when it arrived. It had a worn, distressed finish. I felt a credit should be offered since this was not presented accurately, but was instead told, "studio lighting can vary." Um, no, it's a workmanship issue. This has now happened to 3 items I have ordered from Havenly. I feel like the message here is get the design concept, but order from the store links where you can better read reviews and see pictures of the item others have received.
