New and soon-to-be-new parents often suffer from to-do-list-itis. It’s sad but true. Symptoms include: 1.) Worrying that your to-do list will outlive you, 2.) Yet there’s one indulgence in this list of otherwise troublesome tasks: Designing your dream nursery. Havenly client Jennifer L. from Fab Fatale had some initial coastal nursery room decor ideas, but she needed a bit of design inspiration when it came to the bigger picture.

Of the two concepts that designer Shelby G. delivered, it was #2 that really hit all the sweet spots of Jennifer’s ideal nursery. So after discussing why the coastal nursery design concept was the winning option, Shelby moved on to creating a final design rendering of the space.

We love this nursery’s semi-retro vibe with graphic waves on the walls, reclaimed wood shelves and vintage surfboard focal point. And the combination reading nook & art corner is adorable spot for the family to work on their masterpieces together.
