Your patio is prepped, the party planned, and you’re ready to spend the holiday outside. But what to drink? Beer is always great, but kick things up a notch with a special cocktail. This is one of our favorites, perfectly refreshing for warm weather days. And it’s made from tequila, so you know it’s fun. Here’s how to make the Spicy Paloma:
Ingredients
2 oz tequila
2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 sliced jalapeno pepper
1 oz grapefruit soda water
Directions
Add first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice or stir in larger glass. Pour in a cocktail glass and add the soda water as a floater on top. You can add salt to the rim if you’d like. Garnish with lime or a grapefruit wedge.
