Our gorgeous harvest moon party has us full of entertaining inspiration, and although we’ve covered the party itself, the music, and the menu, we couldn’t forget the cocktails. They’re fun, easy to make, and can totally set the tone for a party. For our end-of-summer inspired evening, we went with a refreshing classic: the Aperol Spritz. Its fun coral color recalls the big bright moon that graced the evening, and unexpected citrus flavor make it one of our favorites.
