Contest Terms and Conditions

There is no cost or purchase required to enter Havenly Giveaways.
Havenly Giveaways are open to all residents of the United States over 18 years of age.
These terms and conditions, together with any specific rules set out in the Giveaway Notices (as defined below), are the Giveaway rules (“Rules“) and apply to all Havenly giveaways (each a “Giveaway” and collectively, the “Giveaways”) By entering a Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
Havenly contests and promotion are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media parties.
Rules specific to each Giveaway are displayed in a notice on the page for that Giveaway (“Giveaway Notice”) and are incorporated into the Rules.
Havenly reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway Rules without notice for any reason.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Giveaway, the decision of Havenly shall be final.

To enter the Giveaway you must be resident in the United States, over 18 years old, and must “like” Havenly’s Facebook page and be an active follower of Havenly’s Instagram Account. The address you provide with your competition confirmation (“confirmation“) may be used to send any prizes so please make sure this is correct. If you win, your name as you provide it on your entry may be used to identify you as the winner, and may be published (and you may be tagged) on the Havenly Facebook page, Havenly Twitter account, Havenly Instagram account, and/or other Havenly social media outlets.
Employees of Havenly, or any Havenly affiliate, and their immediate families, persons connected with the Giveaway and their immediate families (such as prize sponsors, newsagents, wholesalers and their agents) are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
You warrant by entering the Giveaway that you are 18 years old or over, and that you are a resident of the United States.
Havenly reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant is not in full compliance with the Rules.
If any entrant is disqualified from the Giveaway, Havenly in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the Rules

Giveaway entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date and time specified by the Rules. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
If it appears that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent stated limits on entries, for example, the use of ‘brute force’, ‘script’ or any other automated means, that person/those e-mail addresses will be disqualified and no prize will be awarded to that entrant.
An entry is invalid unless and until it is delivered to and received by Havenly. Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Havenly cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

Prize winners will be chosen at random.
Prize winners will be notified by Facebook, Instagram and/or email notification within 24 hours after the Giveaway is concluded. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If more than one prize is awarded, only one prize will be awarded to any one entrant.
If you are the winner, you must claim your prize within 24 hours of notification. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative. Havenly reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Havenly and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
Havenly reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
Havenly may, for any reason and at its sole discretion, reject, edit, remove or disable access to Giveaways.

Havenly cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Havenly is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.
