Intention plays an important role in the design process. And for us, that often means being very intentional about space. Designing for a small space is a unique opportunity in that it forces us to consider what’s necessary as well as what’s stylish. The two considerations don’t always have a perfect fit. Not at first, anyways.

To be honest, it takes a keen design eye and some finessing the make the most of a small space. We find that honing in on a mix of highly-functional yet stylish items can help to tip the scales on a small space from cramped to creative.

To help out our fellow small space dwellers, we’ve partnered with Fab.com to curate a list of home items that ought to make your small home design process eye-catching and unique.
