This was my first time using Havenly. We used it for our master bedroom. The process was seamless from start to finish. Our designer was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with the final design as well as the purchase process for furniture. I would recommend and will likely use this service again myself!

Working with Havenly and my Havenly designer, Lena, has been so much fun. We started with nothing in our living room and now have such a beautiful set-up and flow and it feels soo homey and fun. Katerina was AMAZING! She listened to all my feedback & made it so simple. I told her exactly what I wanted and she went above and beyond. She also made sure I found items within my price.

While the process was a little longer than anticipated (about a month) - My designer was excellent, & continues to work with me to get to my dream dream living room! Definitely needed professional advice and would not have been able to accomplish this on my own.

Easy peasy to worn with. Designer was patient and I felt like our style and comfort was met with the final design.
