Poor Experience
We love our designer, David, and the work that he has done. I will be giving him 5 stars. That said, ordering items through Havenly is an absolute nightmare. We painstakingly chose items that were in stock and collaborated with our designer to curate the spaces that we were happy with only to have multiple items multiple times go “out of stock” after being labeled as “in stock” or “backordered”. Had they been labeled as “out of stock” prior to ordering we would have happily chosen different items. We...

So easy & fun!
I have used Havenly for the 3rd time now. It's a very easy, fun, and collaborative process. I love that they create a layout to allow you to see what your space will look like. I have worked with Liliana to help us design our space and I am always impressed!

Nicest Living Room I've ever had
I was so happy that I found Havenly! The pricing was great and my designer Francesca did an amazing job at helping me create the perfect space for me! I will for sure use their services again and have already told friends about Havenly.

nice looking room design
I had never worked with a designer before, but after moving to a new place with no furniture, it seemed like a no brainer. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable, and the Havenly designer I worked with took my ideas and feedback and came up with a really nice look for the room, which I am confident in.

Havenly design suggestions
I liked their design/ furniture suggestions for most part. They so have a good selection and choice. Some designers may not need your suggestions of what color furniture you want in certain rooms and sometimes you hence go through multiple iterations of design.

Designer was lovely but process was slow
My designer was amazing to work with especially since I had no idea what I wanted. She was very patient. However the layout images and 3D renderings took ages. I had ordered all my furniture before they were even done. It would have also been nice to know sales were upcoming. I bought some big tickets items only for their to be a sale a few days later.

Great option for design
It was so helpful to iterate on the concept and the final design and see what works with the space we have.
