Items are eligible for returns within 30-days for any Burrow products. A 10% shipping fee is incurred if the item is in original packaging. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 20% of the paid value, capped at $250, per returned item. We offer a one-time free exchange if the item isn't quite right within 30 days.
