You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered, together with proof of purchase. If your item is eligible for return, we will send you a return shipping label, and you will be refunded the price you paid for the item to your original form of payment, less the cost of return shipping. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a store credit will be refunded as a store credit. Once the merchandise has been returned to us, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. In order to be eligible for return, items must be in new condition (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
