Items are eligible for returns within 30-days for any Burrow products. A 10% shipping fee is incurred if the item is in original packaging. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 20% of the paid value, capped at $250, per returned item. We offer a one-time free exchange if the item isn't quite right within 30 days.

If you live in a walk up, English basement or some other space that its hard to get furniture into this is a good idea. Comes in 7 separate pieces that you can assemble in the space. Need a very strong person to help assemble as the latches and levers require alot of pressure to close. Fabric color is true and nice. Frame is crap, leaning on the back the top frame bar bent, I weigh 120 lbs that shouldnt bend a wood frame. For the price I have bought better made couches. You are paying for the niche idea of assembling your own furniture and getting a sectional into a space a traditional sectional could not be brought into.
