Butler warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. We will issue up to 100% credit for damaged/defective merchandise. With advance authorization and within 30 days of invoice, “remorse” returns must be returned in saleable condition in the original packaging, and will be assessed a 15% re-stocking charge plus any related freight/handling charges. In the event a product does not satisfy these requirements, Butler will not issue any credit.
