I love all types of design aesthetics, from modern to transitional and everything in between. I love combining elements from different design aesthetics and creating spaces that include fun colors, beautiful textiles, and of course, a few plants. My goal is to create functional, cozy, and beautiful spaces!
While I appreciate a most aesthetics, I find myself particularly drawn to eclectic and boho styles. I love blending patterns, textures, and rich colors to create a warm and energetic environment. However, I also have an affinity for using neutral monochrome color palettes to craft serene spaces, especially in rooms like bedrooms. I also enjoy the collaboration that happens when working with a client with a completely different aesthetic than mine!
It is so hard for me to choose just one favorite design aesthetic because I truly love them all! For me, design is far more enjoyable on an individualized level. We all have our own style, and getting to assist clients in showing their individuality is my favorite part! If I had to choose, however, I would have to say Modern Traditional--as that is the style my fiancé and I plan to design our own home in someday, so it holds a special place in my heart!
One of my favorite design aesthetics is a contemporary look with a mix of textures, patterns, neutral colors, statement pieces, and bold accessories. I love adding greenery to any design that makes it feels warmer. I believe that all spaces have the potential to be functional and beautiful.
I love creating unique spaces that represent YOU as an individual, but I would describe my own style as modern-eclectic, with elements of both old & new.
As a designer, I love a lot of the different styles, be it Eclectic, Transitional, or even the New England Victorian style. I feel these are just great frameworks that have been established over time. We can always shake it up or mix a few different styles to create a one-of-a-kind space! My favorite design aesthetic is developing a couple of sweeping moves that become the focal point within a space, like an out-of-this-world chandelier or a striking accent wall.
I love a design aesthetic that blends modern elegance with cozy minimalism—clean lines, timeless elements, and warm, personal touches that create sophisticated, authentic, and inviting spaces.
My favorite style to work with is transitional, as it blends seamlessly with other styles while maintaining a cohesive look. It also offers a lot of flexibility to play with colors, patterns, and statement pieces.
I also really enjoy working with contemporary styles, which allow for creative mix-and-match combinations across different elements.
I'm particularly interested in using natural, durable materials that not only enhance the aesthetic of a space but are also functional and easy to
As an interior designer, I love organic modern, transitional, and mid-century Scandinavian styles. Organic modern appeals to me for its natural materials and calming, harmonious vibe. Transitional blends classic and contemporary elements, creating timeless, versatile spaces. Mid-century Scandinavian is all about minimalism, functionality, and a connection to nature, allowing me to design spaces that are both beautiful and practical. These styles inspire me to create inviting, elegant interiors.
