Disappointing, never again
Worked with a good designer but she wouldn't stay on the budget even if I have told her repeatedly and it is also in the room profile what my budget is. My budget for dining room was 1,500 but she would would put $600 artwork alone and recommended a $3999 lulu and georgia dining table ,$499 for a pair of chairs.. Also had a bedroom as my project and designer will not stick to the 1000 budget, she recommended a comforter worth $200. Her designs were great but I could never afford the items she su...

Loved the direction it provided
Really great service at an amazing price. I was shocked at how many edits were allowed for the low price - I'd recommend adding a project deadline or number of allowed edits per package. Our designer, Kory, was great and brought our vision to life within our price range. We also loved the designer alternatives of furniture and decor! Easy to use and great value!
I tried Havenly for the first time when I wanted to decorate my outdoor patio. It was a wonderful and easy process. I got to choose my designer based on their previous projects (they show you photos of their work), you get to outline your style preferences in a simple questionnaire, and then your project starts. Office Design
We used Havenly for the first time to design and furnish my home office. The experience was so smooth. We received messages, updates, design ideas and mood boards from our designer throughout the 1-2 weeks. She was prompt in her responses and open to my feedback on things I would change. She also came in several hundred dollars under my max budget. Great Designs! Bad shopping experience
My designer did a wonderful job on my living room! I loved every piece. Unfortunately, trying to buy those pieces from Havenly was one problem after another. They would have trouble running my card, change prices, not have the items, etc. so I started going directly to the retailers.
